Hi, I’m Carrie!
Originally from Ohio and raised in West Virginia, I’ve proudly called Middle Tennessee home for more than half my life. I can’t carry a tune, so I definitely wasn’t moving to Nashville for a music career! I came for the opportunities, but I stayed for the people, the Southern charm, and the life we’ve built here.

I can’t carry a tune, so I definitely wasn’t moving to Nashville for a music career! I came for the opportunities, but I stayed for the people, the Southern charm, and the life we’ve built here.
Today, Middle Tennessee is home in every sense of the word. My husband, Cory, and I have
been married since 2013, and life is busy with our two boys, Dylan and Cole.
Our family also includes Poppi, our adopted pup, who came into our lives with so much
love… and a surprising amount of fur!
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me soaking up the sunshine on our
pontoon, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or planning our next adventure. I love to travel, I
love to cook, and I’m always looking for new places to explore—whether it’s a hidden gem
in Tennessee or somewhere halfway around the world.
I believe a home is so much more than four walls. It’s where birthdays are celebrated,
traditions begin, and memories are made. That’s one of the reasons I love living in Middle
Tennessee and why helping others find a place to call home here means so much to me.

My "Why"
Why I Do This
Buying my first home was exciting… but honestly, it was also overwhelming.
At the time, I wasn’t in the mortgage business. I didn’t understand credit scores. My credit wasn’t perfect, and every time my husband and I thought we had provided everything needed, we’d get another call asking for “just one more document.” We found ourselves sitting in our loan oAicer’s oAice over and over again, feeling confused and wondering if we’d ever actually make it to the closing table.
Somehow, we did.
Looking back, I’m still not exactly sure how.Not long after buying that home, I accepted a job at Accurate Mortgage. Truthfully, I didn’t even know there were two G’s in the word mortgage. But something clicked.
I became fascinated by the business and wanted to understand everything. I asked questions, studied guidelines, learned underwriting, processing, operations, and eventually every part of the mortgage process. More than 15 years later, I’m still learning every day because this industry is always evolving—and I believe my clients deserve
someone who never stops growing.
That first home-buying experience shaped the loan officer I am today.
